As the most important product launch for Montage LZ this year, M88CC8801 integrates quad-core ARM CPU and quad-core Mali GPU based on 28nm process. It offers the best in class cost-performance solution targeting UHD 4K IP/OTT and hybrid STB market with high-level integration and low power consumption, running Android or Linux.

Jointly shown with a partner, a DVB T2 set-top box have adopted 3 chips from Montage LZ - tuner, demodulator, and HD decoder SoC. Elegant form factor and great user experience have raised strong interests from professional operators and manufacturers for the intention of co-operation. In addition, static demo boxes/design kits from customers and our own references completely covered the product series of cable, terrestrial and satellite end-to-end solutions reflecting the powerful R&D capabilities of the company.

During the show, the agenda was tight from the beginning to the end and meetings were packed with broadcasting operators, set-top box manufacturers, software vendors, and CAS companies.
