May 24, 2021, Montage LZ announced that the company worked together with the leading platform service provider — iPanel to present a new DVB-C solution, covering the diversified product portfolio of cable terminals in different application scenarios, based on its new product Symphony4.

As Montage LZ’s latest DVB SoC series, Symphony4 embeds high performance CPUs and rich I/O peripherals. The chip supports Full HD video decoding formats including HEVC/HDR/VP9, and 4K/8K video pass-through. It assists the industry-leading CA Systems, Digital Rights Management (DRM), and Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) with high stability and adaptability.

In the new DVB-C solution, Symphony4 integrates full suite of iPanel software for terminal solutions, which covers a variety of product portfolio such as HD interactive STB, Converged Gateway, and Screen Projector.
