Structural Roof Ceiling of the Lan-Valley No. 7 Project Successfully Completed

Dec. 15, 2019, Montage LZ Technologies held the structural roof-ceiling ceremony in its Chengdu Intellectual Information R&D and Industrial Base (Lan-Valley No. 7). Leaders of Montage LZ group, staff of Montage LZ Chengdu, and leaders of the Shuangliu District, the Chengdu IC Valley (CDICV), the supervising unit, and the construction unit all attended the ceremony.
The Lan-Valley No. 7 project is located in the Chengdu IC Valley Industrial Park in the Shuangliu District of Chengdu, with a total land area of more than 50,000 square meters and a total construction area of 93,800 square meters. It consists of an integral basement and ten buildings with 3 to 13 floors. With the last tank of concrete steadily pouring on top of the building structure, the Executive Director Shawn Si announced that the structural roof ceiling of the Chengdu Intellectual Information R&D and Industrial Base of Montage LZ’s Lan-Valley No. 7 Project is successfully completed.
After the cornerstone laying ceremony in December 20 2018, the design team finished the blueprint drawing after two months’ hard work. Through collaborations of all parties, the project officially started in April 30 2019, and after the construction team’s great efforts of 229 days and nights, the structural roof ceiling of the Chengdu Intellectual Information R&D and Industrial Base of Montage LZ is finally made possible. Up to now, the Lan-Valley No. 7 project has the shortest construction period, and is the fastest to complete the structural roof ceiling in the pilot area of Chengdu IC valley. The project is expected to be completed in September 2020.
The completion of the Montage LZ's R&D industrial base in Chengdu will provide important guarantees for the company's future and greatly promote the development of the Montage LZ technologies.
